BEAR GLACIER

Our shortest flight is nothing short of incredible. Truly one of the most dynamic environments in the Seward area, no two trip to Bear Glacier are the same.
We'll head south toward Bear Glacier Lagoon where you'll find icebergs larger than life floating in deep blue waters, and the longest glacier fed by the Harding Icefield. Making a loop, we will fly up Bear Glacier as it snakes between mountain peaks, and down Resurrection Valley finally landing at the Seward Airport.
AIALIK GLACIER

Two Fjords away, you'll explore the sights of Bear Glacier Lagoon and Aialik Glacier. Kenai Fjords second most visited glacier, Aialik Glacier is the largest glacier in Aialik Bay. Although it is considered a stable glacier, you may see it calve (shed ice in to the water) with its towering spires reaching over 300 ft tall in some places. Spot kayakers near the glacier in the summer, and bears milling about on the shorelines.
Complete the circuit as you fly up Aialik Glacier and over the Harding Icefield! Soar down Exit Glacier and through the Resurrection Valley back to the Seward Airport.

Ancient ice carved these mountains, making way for lush and unique environments for throngs on animals to thrive here. It is believed that over 27 land mammals and 10 marine mammals call this area home. From Harbor seals, Stellar Sea Lions, Black and Coastal Brown Bears, Mountain Goats, Humpback Whales, Orcas, and so much more!
This flight adds more time to the Aialik Glacier Scenic Flight to find animals, and adds Holgate and Pedersen Glacier to the tour!

Experience remote Northwestern Fjord in addition to Bear Glacier Lagoon and all of Aialik Bay. The landscape begins to change in this fjord; sheer granite walls plunge to the crystal-blue ocean below. Only recently uncovered by glaciers in the last half century, Northwestern Fjord and Harris Bay is truly an unforgettable and rapidly changing environment.
Complete the loop as we fly over the Harding Icefield, down Exit Glacier, through Resurrection Valley and land at the Seward Airport.

What's our cancellation policy?
THE TIME BOOKED IS DEPARTURE TIME. PLEASE SHOW UP 30 MINUTES EARLY TO CHECK IN FOR YOUR FLIGHT.
Prices listed are per-person. Most flights are a 2-person minimum. Routes, tour availability, and pricing may fluctuate depending on weather and any other unforeseen conditions and are left to the discretion of the pilot at any point prior to, during, or after the tour.
Refunds or partial refunds will be given at the discretion of the pilot on a case-by-case basis. Weather conditions are out of our control, Seward is a temperate rainforest climate and rain conditions may exist.
If weather conditions are favorable for flying, but guest decides not to go, no refund will be given. Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival may be eligible for full refund. Cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival may be eligible for 50% refund, 50% will be retained by Seward Air Taxi. Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival may be eligible for a 25% refund, Seward Air Taxi will retain 75% of the booking total. Cancellations 48hrs prior to arrival will not be eligible for refund and 100% of the booking will be retained by Seward Air Taxi.
Rebooking and date changes will be deemed on a case-by-case basis.
Air taxi price is round trip for the entire airplane, not per seat. Please call for quotes as weight and balance will factor how many passengers with luggage we can haul. Drop offs and pick ups at separate times are considered two separate round trips for the plane and pilot, and are charged the round trip price for each drop off and pick up. As with any of our flights, schedules and routes may vary at any point prior to, or during the flight at the mercy of your pilot's discretion. Your safety is our greatest concern.
